EC-EXECS Fee Structure 2007
- Engaged Search Agreement: Highest priority. We serve as your company's directed recruiting resource. Our service fee is set prior to the search being acepted a percentage of first-year compensation (30%). You pay us the agreed upon engagement fee that is non-refundable to immediately prioritize and start the recruiting project. We discount this non-refundable engagement fee off our final service fee upon successful completion of the project. If you change the project, do not hire one of the qualified candidates we deliver, or internally hire for the position, you do not owe the rest of the fee. This Engaged Search commitment prioritizes your project for our team and also requires a higher level of client communication from you and the Account Executive.
- Contingency Search Agreement: We review all details of your job position (salary, location, urgency, all benefits, etc.) before accepting the assignment. We develop our plans and scour the industry through multiple techniques and numerous source tools to qualify best candidates who most closely match your company's requirements. We assist in logistics of interview process, help close on final offer, and facilitate communication between your company and our candidates. When you hire someone we've presented, our service fee will be 27.5%of anticipated first year compensation. We do not accept all open positions, but dedicate our time and tools to complete your important project. Communication of urgency, commitment, and availability of hiring authorities is essential to success.
- Retained Search Agreement: This plan is for an urgent executive situation, or for a sensitive case in which confidentiality is paramount. We serve as your company's sole recruiting partner for the assigned project. We will give you weekly updates on the progress of the project. We will find the best available candidates and clarify the overall opportunity at your company only to the leaders. The service fee, based on project scope, uniqueness, and client’s urgency, is agreed upon prior to the search project acceptance. You agree pay us one-third of the total fee to initiate the search project, one-third when we present the qualified candidates you will interview, and the remainding one-third when the best candidate begins employment. Retained Search Agreements demand the highest level of partner communication with our clients.
