We believe that our extensive experience in aerospace/defense industry from both in and out of uniform and long-term relationships with candidates across the nation is the foundation of that success. Additionally, our process of candidate screening and comprehensive interviewing, compatibility assessments, reference checks and the on-going personal contact throughout the process ensures that our candidates are fully engaged in our clients and the opportunities they afford.

Assignments are carefully chosen based on excellent communications and high caliber working relationships that will provide the foundation for maximum success for both EC-Execs, Inc. and our clients. A team of recruiters, project coordinators and researchers work on each assignment and offers the following:

  • Search plan selected to include 350 – 1000 nationwide candidates & contacts
  • Average first-tier screen of 200 candidates per assignment, most offering an MBA level education and experience with the top organizations in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Checking of 2nd tier references prior to candidate submission (to include superiors, peers, subordinates and customers).
  • Assessment of written and verbal communication skills & assessment of professional image
  • 2+-hour minimum, extensive skill set, results and behavioral interview process with each candidate selected from the initial screening process.
  • Preparation of a detailed write-up on submitted candidates that provides information not readily available on the resume (Distinguishable characteristics, details of projects/accomplishments, chemistry, personality, career desires, compensation, relocation)
  • Submission of the top five candidates in the industry available at this specific timeframe.
  • Final package negotiation with selected candidate.
