As Director of Aerospace/Defense Recruiting for EC-Execs, Lee Wetzell has long-term relationships with the best companies and candidates in the nation as well as an intimate understanding of the local Northwest Florida economic climate. He brings over 30 years experience in hiring and developing people; as a former full colonel in the USAF, Lee spent his entire military career in the human resource business with an emphasis on talent management. As the Director of Human Resources at Crestview Aerospace, he led that manufacturing enterprise through a successful unprecedented growth period from 400 to over 1,200 employees in a two year span. And more recently, he has been an independent HR consultant and now our point man for recruiting top talent for the aerospace defense industry. Lee is a fixture in the local community as a member of the Niceville Chamber of Commerce, Society of Human Resource Managers, and active in various church and civic activities. His wife Lynne is a retired Air Force JAG officer and is an adjunct professor at Okaloosa Walton College.

The average base compensation for the permanent full-time positions we fill range from $55,000.00 to $350,000.00, with some packages including additional benefits such as sign-on, base and/or executive bonuses, long & short-term incentives, stock programs, relocation packages, home purchases, mortgage buy-downs & employment agreements.
